Business Terminology is the fourth and latest in the series of online Business English courses to be developed by York Associates in collaboration with Konstanz University of Applied Sciences in Germany. The extensive set of interactive self study materials are designed to help people develop their business vocabulary in five areas – human resources, marketing and sales, finance, management, and production.
- Within each area there are three to six topics comprising several reading texts and exercises.
- The reading texts provide the contexts for study of business terms and phrases. These terms and phrases can be highlighted in the texts and looked up in one of the five business terminology glossaries where there is a definition and an example sentence plus some more additional information.
- Each reading text has one or more exercises for business vocabulary practice.
- The vocabulary trainer offers an additional opportunity to study and learn the words contained in the business terminology glossaries.
