The training course "Developing people internationally" in Paris was fantastic. The design of the workshop was an excellent blend of theory, video analysis, individual reflections, group discussions and training sessions delivered by the delegates. The atmosphere of this highly dynamic workshop was pleasant and humorous. Steve Flinders, the trainer, found a perfect balance between theoretical input and facilitation of the group discussions. He gave space to that group of very experienced trainers and lecturers from the US, U.K., Ireland, France, Australia, Finland and Germany to share and reflect on their own experiences. Furthermore, every delegate received an accurate and highly valuable feedback on his own performance as a trainer. One of the best intercultural training sessions I have attended over the last years!
