Our intensive three-day open courses are run on selected dates throughout the year and are open to any client, subject to entry testing to ensure an appropriate language level (maximum group size of ten participants):
Communicating in International Teams
A three-day programme to develop international communication skills for leading and participating in international teams. Participants on this programme complete a Team Management Profile.
International Project Communication
A three-day programme which focuses specifically on developing international communication skills for working on international projects.
International People Management
A three-day programme which focuses on people management skills, using the Team Management Profile and The International Profiler for feedback on international competencies.
Developing Intercultural Competence
A three-day programme to develop knowledge of national and business cultures, as well as key international communication skills to be successful across cultures. Participants on this course complete The International Profiler.
Psychometric support
The Team Management Profile allows individuals and teams to map their preferred team working and communication style, and is a powerful tool for identifying strengths and areas for development. It helps individuals to improve management of their own and other team members' motivations and team communication.
Client-specific programmes
York Associates runs a variety of exclusive events and team workshops throughout the year in the UK or in the client's home country. We deliver international leadership seminars, support with workshop facilitation and keynote speaker presentations for its international clients. These international programmes can offer support to our clients at two main levels:

- Developing an international mindset by facilitating cross-border networking across organisations
- Developing an intercultural competence strategy and framework
2 Team
- Developing performance in international teams (workshops and team building events)
- Supporting international projects (support for kick-off meetings and performance reviews)
