This programme will enable you to:

Who should attend?
This programme is aimed at project managers and team members working internationally who want to develop their international competence. English at CEF B2 level is required to attend this programme. Any client in doubt should arrange a pre-course telephone interview to assess present level.

Programme
Programmes will be customised to individual requirements with the following as the core content:

Day 1
Success factors for international projects
Mapping the business and cultural context of your own project
Intercultural competence for international projects: understanding self and others
Core international project communication skills

Day 2
Handling project kick-offs: goals and roles
Running international project team meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
Building trust and commitment internally and externally (promotional skills)
International communication skills: managing conflict in international projects

Day 3
Case study: developing a roadmap for international projects
Leading international projects: coaching skills for project managers
International communication skills: giving and getting feedback
Understanding your own strengths and development points for working on international projects
Creating a personal action plan

The working day is from 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday.

Accommodation

£36.50 (€54)

per night for host family accommodation (inclusive of breakfast and evening meal). Hotel rates available on request.
