These programmes are designed to support individuals dealing with international leadership challenges.
International Leadership Communication
A three-day programme, customised to individual needs and objectives, which focuses on core international leadership communication topics such as working and leading international teams, developing people internationally, managing conflict, influencing effectively, building rapport and understanding personal communication style. Participants will be encouraged to develop self-understanding through the use of The International Profiler and / or the Team Management Profile (see below). This programme is available at any time throughout the year in York or, if required, on site.

International Training and Consulting
A three-day programme to support consultants who wish to develop their language and intercultural skills to deliver seminars and workshops to international groups in English. Participants will develop not only their understanding of how to deliver training and give feedback to international groups but also enrich the content of their seminars with insights from intercultural theory.

International Coaching
York Associates offers o ne-to-one support and development to those working internationally. Clients can book a mix of face-to-face and telephone sessions in which both current challenges and future career development can be focused on. The coaching is action-oriented and aims to achieve improved performance.

Psychometric support
The International Profiler is a validated psychometric questionnaire and feedback process which aims to help identify and develop skills, attitudes and knowledge for working internationally. The process involves receiving a profile, a written report and telephone or face-to-face feedback. It can be used as a support to our international coaching.
