The International Profiler is a questionnaire and feedback process to help managers and professionals develop skills for working internationally.
The profile is based on a set of ten competencies (linked to 22 areas of skills, attitudes and knowledge) which include goal setting, valuing difference, rapport-building and understanding other cultures.
The profile indicates where a candidate currently puts most emphasis in managing themselves and their teams.

Target
The profile is aimed at managers and specialists working on international projects and joint ventures or in international teams.
Benefit
The profile, together with the feedback process, gives managers feedback on their current behaviour and identifies areas for development in their international careers.
Process
1. Complete an online questionnaire (20 - 45 minutes)
2. Receive the profile plus a written report (1 hour reading)
3. Receive telephone feedback and discussion with accredited consultant (1 hour)
