The International Profiler
What is it?
The International Profiler is a questionnaire and feedback process to help managers and professionals develop skills for working internationally.

The profile is based on a set of ten competencies (linked to 22 areas of skills, attitudes and cultural knowledge) which include goal setting, active listening, rapport-building and influencing.

The profile indicates where a candidate currently puts most emphasis in managing themselves and their teams.

The Team Management Profile
York Associates uses the Team Management profile (www.tmsdi.com) to support its international development of individuals and teams. The profile, which is based on extensive and ongoing research into what makes high performing teams, offers a unique view on the way in which people work to achieve results. At the heart of the system is a rigorously validated questionnaire which provides a 4,000 word personalised report.

The profile allows individuals and teams to map their working tasks, a powerful way of identifying strengths and areas for development. The tool also allows individuals to identify their preferred role in teams as a way of improving management of their own and other team members' motivations and team work-communication styles.
