Participants
This course is aimed at support staff working as personal assistants or executive secretaries who would like to improve their language and communication skills in English.

Objectives
Programmes are customised to specific group requirements. Your group trainer will do a detailed needs analysis on Monday morning and agree a timetable of activities which meets the needs of the group to develop fluency and professional communication skills in a number of key areas for executive assistant communication. The following three areas form the basis of this training course

1. Professional communication skills
Participants will develop their ability to make and support professional presentations, handle telephone calls, participate in meetings, write a range of office correspondence and handle visitors. The training programme will include both language input and detailed feedback on individual performance.

2. Professional vocabulary
Most participants want to develop their general confidence and fluency when speaking about business issues. The training programme will create lots of opportunities for speaking about business topics in order to develop fluency and increase command of vocabulary.

3. General language skills
Input on general English and grammar (as required) will enable participants to speak more accurately and improve their social English.

This course is 30 hours with each working day structured from 09.00 to 17.00 as follows:

Evening activities
At least two events will be arranged, either an evening dinner, sports activity, theatre, live music, countryside tour etc. This is optional and y ou are free to have dinner with your host family each evening (subject to availability) if you wish.

per night for host family accommodation (inclusive of breakfast and evening meal). Hotel rates available on request.
