Participants
This course is aimed at insurance professionals working in an international business environment

Objectives
Programmes are customised to specific group requirements. Your group trainer will do a detailed needs analysis on Monday morning and agree a timetable of activities which meets the needs of the group to develop fluency and professional communication skills in a number of key areas for insurance communication. The following three areas form the basis of this training course.

1. Professional communication skills
Participants will develop their ability to present, participate in meetings, negotiate and draft documents on relevant insurance topics. The training course will include both language input and detailed feedback on individual performance.

2. Specialist insurance vocabulary
Most participants want to develop their general confidence and fluency when speaking about insurance issues. The training programme will use insurance case studies to create lots of opportunities for speaking about general and life insurance topics in order to develop fluency and increase command of specialist vocabulary.
